Report an error
To help us fix it fast, please include:
- the page address;
- the figure, sentence or calculator result you think is wrong;
- for a calculator, the numbers you entered;
- if you have one, the official source that shows the right figure.
We check every report against the official source, correct the page if it is wrong, and record the date of the change. Errors in a calculator or a safety figure are fixed first.
Other reasons to write
- A fasting question our guides don't answer.
- A food, drink, supplement or medicine you'd like added to the does it break a fast database.
- Something on the site that is hard to use with a keyboard, screen reader or other assistive technology (see our accessibility statement).
What we can't do
We can't give personal medical or nutrition advice. For questions about your own health, a medical condition or a medicine, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
